How Do You Retract Hurtful Words?
October 22nd 2006 19:25
Oftentimes when caught in a heated altercation, we can be oh-so-stupid enough to say equally idiotic statements like "You beaaatch, I wish I believed my friends when they told me you won't do good as my wife!" or something to that effect?
Bursting with animosity might prompt us to deliver those harsh words. But how about those who are tactless or brutally frank people who can't live a day without hurting someone just by saying a few words?
In any of those mentioned situations, what do you usually do to extinguish the fire you've lit yourself? How do you tell that person that you were just possessed by an evil spirit when you said those words? Or do you even try?
